Mapping it (eating in eating out)

On Saturday we set out to locate and find out information about food in Govanhill. We had some great conversations, meeting people who had been selling food in the area for two weeks to sixty two years! Gregs to my surprise had been there for 35 years. It was a great excuse to experiences places I had never been into since I moved here five years ago. Big Spring Clean at Meet at Westmoreland Street garden

In preparation for Streetland the Govanhill Residents Group will be carrying out a cleanup and garden tidying event on Saturday 16th April. The event will be part of Keep Scotland Beautiful's National Spring Clean event and will be one of hundreds of cleanup events taking place across the country.
